Product Returns / Replacement / Warranty Claim:

• Products will be returned / replaced only if products are not used and carry original tags.

• In case of return / replace the product because of wrong colour / product despatched by Hammer, Hammer will replace the product and bear shipping charges (from customer to Hammer and from Hammer to customer)

• In case the product needs to be replaced under warranty claim, Hammer will bear shipping charges (one way)

• In case to replace the product because of wrong ordering on his/her part, Hammer will NOT bear the cost of shipping

• Any product replacement is to be done after the initially shipped product is returned to Hammer and found suitable for replacement.
